Currently working as Data Analyst in Ibex Global .
Highlights of my work at Ibex is as under
 Designed a sales optimization model through LP. It can achieve a sales portfolio of maximum revenue subjected to given constraints
 Prepared an outlier model on excel to measure the employees' performances and highlighted the Key areas of focus for training.
 Used R and Excel and designed the dashboard by using word clouds, Word association and theme detection techniques to highlight key issues.
 Prepared a score prediction tool on the basis of behaviors/KPIs(the potential drivers of low score being received on surveys)
 Analyzed the customers’ chat data by using Text Analytic technique and identified areas which need improvements
 Using data modeling and regression techniques highlighted the variables which have compelled impact on KPI's and provided recommendations for training department to focus more on significant areas.
 Optimized agent staffing and scheduling during peak hours in call centers and Worked on reducing the operational costs by optimizing the agents' allocation for specific campaigns on the basis of their performance in specific KPIs
 Extracted the key behavioral attributes that affect Customer satisfaction with help of study conducted on survey responses received
